Official Rules: No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase a chance of winning. One valid entry per contestant.

You must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest. This contest is void where prohibited by law.

How To Enter: a.These rules govern the Branson Airport Home for the Holidays contest (the “Promotion”) being conducted by KOZL Ozarksfirst.com (collectively, the “Administrators”) and sponsored by KOZL-TV and Ozarksfirst.com (collectively, the “Media Sponsors”) and Branson Airport (collectively, with the Media Sponsors, the “Sponsors”), which will begin on 12/6/12 at 9:00am and end 12/19/12 at 5:00PM.
b.To participate in the Promotion, you may log onto https://affiliates.upickem.net/Engine/Home.aspx?contestid=77574
or link to it via webpage, and follow the links and instructions to enter the Promotion. Entrants must submit ALL of the required information, including all information required for both people that are nominated to fly home for the holidays. You may also enter by sending a letter to KOZL Home for the Holidays; 2650 E. Division, Springfield, MO, 65803. The letter must be postmarked by December 18, 2012, and received at KOZL no later than December 19, 2012.
Nomination must include a brief, original statement of up to 100 words (“Statement”) as to why you think that the two people you are nominating should win. Only one nomination/entry per person and one entry per email address is permitted. Entrants may not enter via the internet and by separate letter (i.e., only one entry is permitted regardless of method of entry). If multiple entries are submitted all entries submitted will be disqualified.
Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning an email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address.
Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
Use of any device to automate entry or votes is prohibited and Administrators reserve the right to disqualify any entrant(s), if they reasonable suspect having been made through an automation process. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Administrators. Administrators’ computer is the official time keeping device for the Promotion. Sponsors are not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties and other technological problems.
c. Each submitted Statement must be the original and creative work of each entrant and must not contain copyrighted materials or any other materials that may be restricted, prohibited or outlawed by federal, state or local laws. Administrators, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any Statement if such Statement contains illegal, indecent or otherwise offensive material, or if such Statement contains material whose content is deemed at the sole discretion of Administrators to be unsuitable for the public (i.e. Statement must be broadcast clean). All entrants must agree to the Station’s online submission release in order to submit his or her entry. Statements that do not comply with these rules will not be eligible for the Contest.
Entrants are required to provide truthful information and the Station will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Administrators will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements. The Administrators will also delete any entry knowingly received from persons under the age of 18 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Policy.
d. Sponsors reserve the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
e. Odds of winning the prize depend upon the number of nominations entered into this Promotion.

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS:

a.The Promotion is open to all persons who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in Missouri in the metropolitan Springfield Area and the six counties in Arkansas that a part of the Springfield Designated Market Area (DMA). Employees of Sponsors, their licensees. Sponsors’ advertising and promotional agencies, other television and radio stations in the Springfield, MO metropolitan area, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, and the members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling or child) and those living in the same household of each of the foregoing (whether related or not), are ineligible to enter or win. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

PRIZES:

a. One prize will be awarded. The prize is round trip air fair for two people traveling from the same location anywhere in the continental United States. Round trip must originate from a major city in the United States and arrive at the Branson Airport. Travel to Branson must occur in December 25, 2012 and the return trip must occur no later than January 31, 2013. We Sponsors will endeavor to book travel on dates requested by winner however specific travel dates are subject to availability. The winner will be solely responsible for all taxes and all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of the prize, including all transportation to departure airport, transportation from Branson Airport to winner’s destination, parking and food and beverage.
b. Winners will receive the airline tickets in advance of travel and will be delivered to the residence of the winning traveler. The winning travel must be available to sign for delivery of the tickets (no tickets will be left with or delivered to any person other than the winning traveler.)
c. Winner must be able to travel by air or the prize will be forfeited.
d. Winner acknowledges and agrees that the Media Sponsors are not acting as the provider or distributor(s) of the prize. The Media Sponsors, acting as a consumer, acquired the prize for the purpose of awarding the prize to a winner in the Promotion. With respect to any claims winner may have as a result of the possession or use of the prize, winner shall look solely to the prize provider, (Branson Airport and Airlines). The Media Sponsors have not made and are not responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to the Prize.
g. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within five (5) days of winning. Sponsors are not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.
h. There is no substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for prizes, except that the Sponsors may, at heir sole discretion, substitute prizes or cash of comparable value. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and unless otherwise expressly specified, do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
Decision of the Sponsors with respect to the Promotion are final.
a. The winner is chosen by a committee of representative from KOZL and the Branson Airport. The winner will be chosen based upon the essay that is truthful and most compelling. The winner will be notified no later than December 21, 2012. b. The potential winner will be notified by phone or email and contacted by a representative of the Administrators to confirm that they qualify for the prize and want to accept the prize and be the Winner of the Promotion. If within three (3) days (i) the potential winner cannot be reached; (ii) fails to meet the qualifications of these rules; or (iii) declines the prize, that potential winner will forfeit all prizes, be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner will be selected by picking the next highest nominee.
c. Qualifying winners must execute and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form and provide any other documents or meet any other requirements or obligations no later than the earlier of 10 days after notification or 10 days before travel date, or the qualifying winner will forfeit all prizes, be disqualified , and an alternate potential winner may be selected.

OTHER CONDITIONS:

a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. The winner will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 with the winner’s full Social Security Number or the equivalent. For receipt of any prize valued at $600 or more or Failure to submit a complete W-9 or equivalent will result in forfeiture of the prize. Such winnings of $600 or more will be reported to the IRS.
b. By participating in the Promotion, each winner agrees to have the winner’s name, voice and likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to the Promotion by the Sponsors without additional financial or other compensation, and, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize (unless prohibited by law). Winners’ names and pictures will be posted on the contest form and online in Administrator’s Entertainment section of Ozarksfirst.com.
c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, Winners must sign a liability release, agreeing to release and hold harmless the Sponsors, their licensees, the licensees’ parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, their respective officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives and all of their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize and participation in the Promotion, including all claims related to use of the travel provided by Sponsors.
d. If for any reason this Promotion cannot be executed as planned, including, but not limited to, as a result of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, or if the Promotion is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Sponsors reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Promotion. If the Promotion is terminated before the original end date, the Sponsors will select the winners by random drawing from among all eligible non-suspect entries received as of the termination time/date.
e. The Administrators, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion’s website. Failure to comply with the rules of the Promotion may result in a contestant’s disqualification and/or forfeiture of any prize or prizes. If the Administrators make a good faith determination that an entrant, or other participant has cheated or committed fraudulent activity in connection with a Promotion, the Administrators reserve the right to disqualify an entrant, or others from entering and/or winning future Promotions and to prosecute and seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
f. The Administrators reserve the right to make changes in the rules of the Promotion at anytime. If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Administrators, any competition or prize-related event or travel is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Administrators reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the Promotion and shall not be required to award a substitute prize. g. The Promotion and all of the related pages, contents and code are copyright, UPICKEM, Inc., the Sponsors and/or media sponsors. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
i. All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.
j. This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
k. The Sponsors are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of a prize.
