Official Rules: No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase a chance of winning.

These rules govern the KOZL, KOLR10 and Ozarksfirst.com (the “Promotion”) being conducted by KOZL, KOLR10 and Ozarksfirst.com (collectively, the “Administrators”) and sponsored by Pre-Owned Zone at Reliable Hyundai (collectively with the Administrators, the “Sponsors”).

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS.
The Promotion is open to all persons who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in the metropolitan Springfield Area and the six counties in Arkansas that a part of the Springfield Designated Market Area (DMA). Employees of Sponsors, their licensees, Sponsors’ advertising and promotional agencies, other television and radio stations in the Springfield, MO metropolitan area, multichannel video programming distributors, and each of the respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities of all of the foregoing, and  members of all of the foregoings’  immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling or child) and those living in the same household of each of the foregoing (whether related or not), are ineligible to enter or win. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.


How To Enter.

a. Entry for the Promotion will begin on May 7, 2013 at 8:00am and end June 16, 2013 at 8:00pm.
b . Participants must be 18 year of age at time of entry. To enter, you must take a test drive in a pre-owned vehicle at the Pre-Owned Zone at Reliable Hyundai located at 438 S Ingram Mill Road in Springfield, Missouri between May 7, 2013 and June 16, 2013.  Hours of test drives are Monday through Friday 8am till 8pm or Saturday 8am till 6pm. Once a participant has completed a test drive of a pre-owned vehicle at Pre-Owned Zone at Reliable Hyundai, the participant will be given a special code to register for the Promotion online at Ozarksfirst.com.  Participants are responsible for obtaining the Promotion code at the time of the test drive.  No code will be provided after a test driver has left the Pre-Owned Zone at Reliable Hyundai premises.

c. Once you have received the Promotion code from Reliable Imports, you must log onto http://ozarksfirst.upickem.net/engine/Welcome.aspx?contestid=91820, and follow the links and instructions to enter the Promotion. Entrants must submit ALL of the required information, including the Promotion code that was given to them after the test drive of a pre-owned vehicle at Pre-Owned Zone at Reliable Hyundai located at 438 S. Ingram Mill Road between May 7, 2013 and June 16, 2013.  Incomplete entry forms will be disqualified.

Only one entry per person is permitted. If multiple entries are submitted all entries submitted will be disqualified.
Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning an email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address.

Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.

Use of any device to automate entry or votes is prohibited and Administrators reserve the right to disqualify any entrant(s), if they reasonable suspect having been made through an automation process. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Administrators. Administrators’ computer is the official time keeping device for the Promotion. Sponsors are not responsible for entries not received for any reason.

d All entrants must agree to the Administrator’s online submission release in order to submit his or her entry.
Entrants are required to provide truthful information and the Administrators will reject and delete any entry that is discovered to be false or fraudulent. The Administrators will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements. The Administrators will delete any entry knowingly received from persons under the age of 18 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Policy.

e. Sponsors reserve the right to use any and all information related to the Promotion, including information on participants obtained through the Promotion, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

f. Odds of winning the prize depend upon the number of entries received.

PRIZES
a. One trip for two to Las Vegas, Nevada will be awarded. The prize trip includes ONLY roundtrip airfare for two from Springfield to Las Vegas, one hotel room (for the limited nights set forth below) and a $250 Visa Card for spending at the winner’s discretion. The winner may choose the hotel from among Wynn, Bellagio or Mirage). Winner’s choice of hotel determines length of stay (3 day/2 nights or 4 day/3 nights). The winner is solely responsible for all taxes and all other fees and expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to, transportation to and from all airports, gratuities, food, beverages, show tickets and the like. Total value of the prize is $2000.

b. Winner acknowledges and agrees that the Sponsors are not acting as the providers or distributors of the prize. Upon receipt of the prize voucher from Sponsors, winner is solely responsible for contacting the prize provider to arrange all travel and use of the prize with the prize provider.  Winner must contact the prize provider prior to expiration of the prize voucher.  Any failure by winner to contact the prize provider within the specified period of time will result in forfeiture of the prize.  With respect to any claims winner may have as a result of the possession or use of the prize, winner shall look solely to the prize provider. The Sponsors have not made and are not responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to the Prize.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Decision of the Sponsors with respect to the Promotion are final.
a. The winner will be chosen by random drawing from all eligible entries received prior to June 17, 2013 at 8 pm.

b. The winner will be notified by email and contacted by a representative of the Administrators on or before June 11, 2013 to confirm that they qualify for the prize and want to accept the prize and be the winner of the Promotion. If within three (3) days (i) the potential winner cannot be reached; (ii) fails to meet the qualifications of these rules; or (iii) declines the prize, the winner will forfeit all prizes, be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner will be selected by random drawing.

c. Winner must pick up the prize voucher in person at KOZL television station 2650 E Division Springfield MO 65803.  Only the winner may pick up the prize.  The winner must execute and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form, provide a completed IRS form W-9, and provide any other documents or meet any other requirements or obligations no later than 10 days after notification or the winner will forfeit all prizes, be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected.

d. There is no substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for prizes, except that the Sponsors may, at their sole discretion, substitute prizes or cash of comparable value. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

OTHER CONDITIONS
a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. The winner will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 with the winner’s full Social Security Number or the equivalent. For receipt of any prize valued at $500 or more or failure to submit a complete W-9 or equivalent will result in forfeiture of the prize. Such winnings of $500 or more will be reported to the IRS.

b. By participating in the Promotion, each winner and his/her travel companion agrees to have the winner’s and travel companion’s name, voice and likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to the Promotion by the Sponsors without additional financial or other compensation, and, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize (unless prohibited by law). Winners’ and travel companion’s names and pictures will be posted online in Administrator’s Entertainment section of Ozarksfirst.com.

c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, Winners and travel companions must sign a liability release, agreeing to release and hold harmless the Sponsors, their licensees, the licensees’ parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, their respective officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives and all of their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize and participation in the Promotion, including all claims related to use of the travel provided by Sponsors.

d. If for any reason this Promotion cannot be executed as planned, including, but not limited to, as a result of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, or if the Promotion is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Sponsors reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Promotion. If the Promotion is terminated before the original end date, the Sponsors may select the winner by random drawing from among all eligible non-suspect entries received as of the termination time/date.  

f. The Administrators reserve the right to make changes in the rules of the Promotion at anytime. If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Administrators, any competition or prize-related event or travel is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Administrators reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the Promotion and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

g. The Promotion and all of the related pages, contents and code are copyright, UPICKEM, Inc. and the Sponsors. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.

i. All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.

j. This Promotion is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the Promotion for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.

k. The Sponsors are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of a prize.

l. For a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt to Ozarksfirst.com 2650 E Division Springfield MO 65803. For the names of the prize winners send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt within sixty (60) days of Promotion ending to the above address marked "Tom Trtan Pre-Owned Zone at Reliable Hyundai Certified Pre-Owned Test Drive Contest.” The Official Rules and the Winner List (when completed) shall also be available on Ozarksfirst.com--Promotion page.
